1. Edits that fit the service
- Remove your own old signature or logo from your photograph or business artwork.
- Clean a draft or preview mark from a design you own or have explicit permission to modify.
- Update an authorized product photo or promotional image after a brand change.
- Repair a visible overlay on an AI-generated image when the source service’s terms permit that edit.
- Clean a document-page image you are authorized to edit, without falsifying its meaning or authenticity.
2. Respect copyrights and licenses
Do not remove a stock-agency watermark to use an unlicensed preview. Purchase or obtain the appropriate image license and use the licensed source instead. Do not remove an artist’s signature, photographer credit or ownership mark without authorization. Naming a brand on a ImgUnmark tool page does not grant access to that brand’s images or services.
3. Do not falsify records or mislead people
Do not use the service to alter identity documents, passports, official seals, certificates, bank statements, receipts, contracts or other records to misrepresent their authenticity, approval or contents. Do not create false transaction proof, impersonate someone, fabricate evidence, or pass reconstructed details off as an original record.
4. Do not submit harmful or unlawful content
Do not submit unlawful sexual content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content used to threaten, harass or exploit another person. Do not submit private or confidential information without the rights and consent needed to process it.
5. Do not abuse the service
Do not bypass sign-in or credit checks, manipulate repair or payment references, access another person’s files, evade usage limits, or interfere with the site and its providers. Do not use repeated accounts to claim welcome credits.
6. Check before you publish
You are responsible for deciding whether an edit is permitted and whether a result is suitable for its intended use. A successful repair does not establish permission. Review reconstructed details and keep the original. Processing may be refused or access restricted in response to misuse; ImgUnmark does not promise automatic detection of every prohibited input.
