1. What ImgUnmark provides
ImgUnmark is an image-repair tool for visible watermarks, logos and similar overlays. It reconstructs image content; it does not recover a hidden original or provide a license to third-party work. Supported formats, size limits and processing methods are described on each tool page.
2. Your account
A Google account with a verified email address is required to use the editing tools. Keep access to that account secure. You are responsible for the images you submit and the edits you request. Do not share session credentials, impersonate others, or create accounts to evade service limits.
3. Credits and repairs
- Your first Google sign-in receives 1 welcome credit. Signing in again with the same Google identity does not grant another welcome credit.
- Each image repair uses 1 credit, including a new repair of an existing result and a supported GIF repair. Selecting an area, checking a task, comparing images and downloading the same result do not use additional credits.
- A credit is reserved when processing starts. Confirmed failed repairs return the reserved credit. An uncertain submission stays associated with its original request while its outcome is checked.
- A completed repair is not a guarantee of a visually perfect result. Inspect the output before using it. Starting another repair is a new credit-using action.
4. Credit packs and payments
Where purchasing is enabled, ImgUnmark offers one-time credit packs in US dollars. There is no subscription and credits do not expire. See Pricing for pack amounts and prices. Checkout remains unavailable when payment processing is not enabled.
Credits are added after a verified payment confirmation, rather than merely returning from checkout. A failed-repair credit return is different from a cash refund. ImgUnmark does not currently provide an automated cash-refund process. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer or payment rights under applicable law.
5. Your images and permissions
You retain any rights you already hold in your inputs. By submitting content, you authorize the processing needed to produce and deliver the requested result, including processing by the services described in Privacy. You must have the necessary rights for that processing and for your intended use of the result.
A repair does not remove copyright obligations, create ownership of someone else’s image, or guarantee that an output qualifies for copyright protection. Tool pages that mention other brands do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
6. Acceptable use
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use ImgUnmark to infringe rights, falsify records, deceive others, create unlawful content, bypass account controls or disrupt the service. Access may be limited where necessary to protect the service or address misuse. This is not a claim that every prohibited image is automatically detected.
7. Results, availability and downloads
Repair may leave residue, introduce artifacts or reconstruct details incorrectly. Large images may be resized, and GIF palette encoding may change colors. Keep your original file and inspect the result at full size. Do not rely on a reconstructed image as an authentic record or evidence.
Service availability and processing times depend on capacity and external providers. Server-side repair access lasts 30 minutes; download results promptly. ImgUnmark is not a permanent image library. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular editing outcome.
8. Changes and help
Features, limits and these terms may change as the service develops. The date on this page identifies this version. Visit Contact & Help for sign-in, repair and credit troubleshooting and the current support options.
