I cannot sign in
Use the same Google account you used before. Allow the sign-in window to finish, then return to ImgUnmark. If sign-in is unavailable or Google shows an error, keep the error text and try again later. Never share your password, verification codes or browser cookies.
My image will not upload
Use JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB. For an animation, open the GIF tool and check its frame, duration and size limits. The document tool accepts an image of a page, not a Word or PDF file. A smaller copy can help with very large images.
A repair is taking too long or looks wrong
If the status is uncertain, check the existing repair instead of starting another one. A new repair can use another credit. Download a completed result promptly: server-side repair access expires after 30 minutes.
For a poor result, compare at full size. A tighter selection or a higher-resolution source may help, but reconstructed details are not guaranteed to match the hidden original. Keep your original file.
I have a question about credits or payments
Each repair uses 1 credit. Confirmed failed repairs return that credit; an uncertain submission is not automatically treated as a failure. Checking, comparing and downloading the same result do not use more credits.
The Pricing page shows the available credit packs after sign-in. Checkout is available only when payments are enabled. Keep your purchase reference if you have one. Do not share full card details.
Privacy and permitted use
See Privacy for image storage and account data, Terms for service and credit rules, and Acceptable Use before editing third-party material. There is currently no self-service account deletion control.
